FTP Link – ONLY to Download photos you have ordered: http://71.228.102.165 You will receive the User ID and password in an e-mail to use the FTP site.
FTP Instructions: Click the http link above. In the window that appears type in the User ID and password. The user ID e-mailed to you is case sensitive. The next window to appear, asks how you want to access the site? Select Web-Based Client which should be the default. Click OK. This will take you directly to your folder. Some clients have multiple folders for different project or dates. Select the project folder you need, then Highlight each image separately and click the download button located in the lower tool bar. Please send a quick e-mail to let us know you have received the images. Call should you have any problems.
